Gym Mart is dedicated to help customers select the right fitness equipment that suits their training needs. We try to be as detail as possible in our product information so that customers are able to find the best equipment at the first place.

However, we understand that shopping online can be difficult, so we provide a 7-day satisfaction guarantee if you change your mind or simply don’t like our products.

In order to be eligible for our 7day satisfaction guarantee,

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition when you receive it, in original packaging.
  • Product has not been assembled.
  • Agree that the initial freight costs are not refundable.
  • All guarantees are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the sale price to cover the handling costs incurred for returning/repacking the product.

If all conditions above are met, contact Gym Mart within 7 days upon receiving your product to initiate the money back procedure and we will inform you how the item will be returned.

Gym Mart is responsible for the freight of the returned product.

Once we have confirmed that the product is on its way to us, you will be given a voucher or gift code to shop at Gym Mart.
 

Warehouse Return Option

If you reside in Melbourne, you can also choose to drop by our warehouse and returned the product. In this case, the restocking fee you are paying will be reduced to 10% of the sale price of the returned product.
