About Sizing
Occassionally we receive feedbacks from customers that the size of the swiss ball is not 100% accurate.
This is perfectly normal for this type of product as factors like inflation rate, environment tempreture etc. will affect the size of the swiss ball after inflation.
- *For Optimal Sizing, please try to use an electric pump where possible, and inflate till all the creases on the surface disappear.

METEOR Essential Swiss Ball uses non-recycled material to ensure a minimum amount of toxic emission, making it safer for everyday use, even for pregnant woman and children.
- FOLDING CREASE is perfectly normal and will disappear over time if the ball is fully inflated.
- UNDER SIZING is rarely seen on our swiss ball presuming that it is fully inflated to its ideal size.
- DEFLATION can be avoided if the air valve is plugged in correctly and used on flat surfaces.

Just arrived
4 October 2022I bought the Meteor black matt finish gym ball and the delivery was fast. Catch.com.au But the ball itself looks very different from the photo on the website, instead of a nice matt finish black ball it is very shiny and graphite like. A bit upsetting to get something that looks quite different from the website. Although I might be able to cope with that I still need to use it a fair bit before letting any of my clients use it as it looks less resistant than the description on the site. Time will tell if I bought the right product. Hopefully without any accident.
